Should you wish to return or exchange your item, we offer a gracious 3-day window starting from the day of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original protective packaging with all tags attached.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges: If you prefer a different size or style, please indicate this in your return email. We will prioritize your exchange with expedited handling, subject to stock availability.
